Blaze Robotics Academy’s Remote Coaching Package gives students flexible, expert support from anywhere through live virtual coaching sessions, skill-focused workshops, strategy guidance, and personalized feedback on building, programming, and competition preparation. This package is designed to help teams stay consistent, sharpen their problem-solving skills, and keep making progress even outside of in-person practice. With structured mentorship and customized coaching goals, students can build confidence, improve performance, and stay competition-ready throughout the season.

Coaching Tiers & Packages
We offer coaching that supports multi-dimensional skill development:
Competition ready: strategy, programming, autonomous & driving skills, notebooking, judging prep, and event readiness.
Design thinking & engineering process: a human-centered, iterative process used to solve complex problems by understanding user needs, challenging assumptions, and creating innovative solutions, including Emphasize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test.
21st Century Skills: the 4 C's: Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication.
Regular Season Coaching (Pre-State Championship)
For regular season (typically from late August/early September to the last local qualifying event in the event region that the team is attending) we offer 3 tiers of team coaching while focusing on student-centered education:
Basic: A strong starting point with consistent weekly coaching, technical guidance, and connection to the Blaze community. Ideal for newer teams or those looking for steady support throughout the season.
Advanced: Adds more coaching time, structured progress tracking, and between-session support to help teams build momentum and improve with greater consistency. Ideal for teams ready for stronger accountability and faster development.
Elite Performance: Our highest-touch package, built around expanded coaching time and tournament-focused support to help teams perform at their best throughout the season. Ideal for teams competing at a high level and preparing for championship-level events.
