3D Modeling and Printing Beginner: Grades 3-5 [Imagination Ignites in 3D!]

Program Detail

Campers bring their imaginative ideas to life in our Imagination Ignites in 3D 5 Day camp! Through scaling, rotating and executing boolean functions our students think in three dimensions, helping them develop a strong sense of spatial awareness. This project based learning camp offers an engaging and fun means to explore artistic expression while developing digital literacy, problem solving skills as well as STEM skills. Campers will explore 3D modeling concepts while designing rockets and manipulating the myriad of shapes which compose a house. Utilizing their creativity and newly gained modeling skills, they will also design a keychain and will have the freedom to design custom builds to print on our in-house 3D printers. Completing a 3D modeling project offers our campers a sense of accomplishment and reinforces the idea that with effort and persistence, they can create something impressive!

Time

Camp: 9 am-3 pm 

Extended Care: 3 pm-5 pm (Additional Charge)

Daily Schedule

9 am-12 pm: AM Class 

12 pm-1 pm: Lunch & Get Ready

1 pm-3 pm: PM Class 

3pm: Student Pick-up

3 pm-5 pm: Extended Care (Optional)

Lunch Provision

Students are encouraged to bring their lunch. A microwave is available for heating food. Blaze Robotics Academy will provide lunch for an additional fee of $50.00/week.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received at least 1 month before the program start date. A 3% transaction fee will be retained per session. We are unable to issue refunds if the cancellation occurs within one month of the start date. If your student cannot attend the program due to illness or an emergency, please speak with our staff about transferring to a different session date or program. If Blaze Robotics Academy cancels the program, you’ll receive a full refund of the fees paid for it.
