Blaze Team T-Shirt Guidelines

T-Shirt Distribution

Blaze will provide each team member with one free t-shirt that has a Blaze logo on the back.

Procedure

  1. Color Selection

Each team will choose a T-shirt color from the available options - Red, Orange, Neon Green or Black.  ( Please ask your child for their team decision.)

Please submit this form: Blaze IQ Team T-shirt Pre-Order

  2. Additional T-Shirts

If a student or parent wants to purchase extra T-shirts beyond the one free T-shirt per team member, you can do so for $15 per T-shirt

Please submit this form: Blaze IQ Team T-shirt Pre-Order

  3. Team Logo Design

Teams are responsible for designing their own team logos for the front of their shirt. These logos will be applied to a sticker (see instructions below) which will be brought to Blaze to be applied to the shirts.

Front Logo Creation Instructions

Step 1 - Front Logo Creation:

  • Teams are responsible for designing their own team logos. (If you do not want to design one, you can leave the front of the T-shirt blank or simply use the team number.)

  • Teams need to visit websites, like Ninja Transfer to purchase your own front logo DTF Transfers. (Please ensure the materials of the stickers you order are DTF Transfers, which we can heat transfer to a T-shirt)

  • The stickers should be shipped to the team’s shirt coordinator’s home.

Step 2 - Schedule Your Heat Printing Appointment at Blaze:

  • Teams can schedule a time to come to the Blaze Bellevue location for the heat printing process. (Please check with your coach in the WhatsApp group for availability)

  • This can be done once you have your T-shirts and stickers ready.

  • Ensure that your team brings the logo stickers with you to the printing appointment.

Step 3 - Assistance by Blaze Staff:

  • Staff from Blaze will be available at the Bellevue location to assist with the heat printing process. This is particularly important if teams are not familiar with the equipment or process.

Team Support

We are here to support your team!

If you have questions about building or coding, team dynamics, parts requirements, or need general guidance, don’t hesitate:

Reach out to a coach!

The most effective way to address any concerns is through direct, in-person communication with a coach. This approach encourages self-advocacy among team members and ensures that issues, especially those related to robot construction or code of conduct, are addressed with clarity.

For inquiries about any content on this site, tournament details, seminars, volunteering opportunities, or anything related to Blaze Robotics Academy, please contact us directly.
